Previously, as Senior Vice President at CBRE, Inc., Lance was a top producer and a leader in diversity and inclusion. His industry expertise and strategic insight continue to set a high standard in development and advisory.

Edwin is the founder of Winmar Construction, a distinguished Commercial General Contractor specializing in interior and new construction across Multi-Family, Hospitality, Retail, and Office sectors. With over 25 years of expertise, he leads Investment Services at Winmar Advisory, boasting a track record in national and international investment ventures alongside field proficiency.

As the CFO of Winmar Advisory and Winmar Construction for 9 years, Dawn oversees all financial aspects, managing internal accounting, analyzing financial strengths and weaknesses, and ensuring overall financial success.

With over 20 years of direct retail and development experience, Tomm provides strategic direction, leadership, and execution for development services at Winmar Advisory. He focuses on growing property assets, investments, and fee-based projects.

As VP of Brokerage with 20 years of experience in Mid-Atlantic Real Estate, Andy offers strategic advisory services to hospitality clients across the region.

Dimitri Apostolopoulos leads our asset optimization program with over 34 years of experience and more than 1,100 properties sold. His vast experience spans the management of complex domestic and international transactions exceeding $100 million. Catering to high-net-worth investors, Dimitri offers strategic guidance on portfolio optimization, market trends, and regulatory challenges. Felipe Serpa is a real estate developer with deep expertise in urban development, overseeing projects from acquisition through entitlement, permitting, and construction. At Winmar Advisory, he leads development execution, deal sourcing, and capitalization strategy, drawing on over 15 years of experience delivering complex multifamily, mixed-use, and master-planned developments in dense urban markets like New York City and Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining Winmar, Felipe managed full-cycle development across ground-up, adaptive reuse, preservation, and land entitlement projects. His portfolio spans both affordable and market-rate housing, including LIHTC and tax-exempt bond financing, as well as mixed-capital stack structures. He is focused on creating value across diverse real estate development executions that generate long-term impact and returns.

As a Hospitality Advisor based in the DC Metro, Sophia advises clients nationally throughout the real estate lifecycle, offering strategic market optimization and site selection for Hospitality Operators and Property Owners.
